At Zenos Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order Number.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the cancellation is approved.
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may refuse delivery. Once the parcel is returned to us in its original condition, any applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted before processing the refund for prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused repeatedly without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

3. Customized & Promotional Orders

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift-wrapped or specially packaged orders.
  • Orders placed during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or using special discount coupons (unless the order has not yet been dispatched and cancellation is approved at our discretion).

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or handling charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.

Zenos Scents reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
