Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1–3 business days
• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 6,000
• Standard shipping charges apply to orders below Rs. 6,000

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable).

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Returns & Shipping Charges

• If a return request is approved, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In cases where a replacement is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
