Returns & Refunds Policy – Zenos Scents

At Zenos Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that fragrance preferences are personal, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

However, if you are not satisfied with the fragrance scent itself, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The bottle must not be damaged, broken, scratched, or tampered with.
  • The fragrance level must remain substantially unchanged and must not show excessive usage.
  • The original product box, packaging, labels, reeds (if applicable), and accessories must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • The product must be free from any signs of misuse, leakage, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase/order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been heavily used or partially consumed.
  • Products with damaged packaging caused by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Customized, promotional, clearance, or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product; or
  • Refund, where applicable.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees incurred for exchanges or replacements may also be charged where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
